TGRC offers suicide prevention training for youth and adults in Missoula, Kalispell, Browning and across western Montana. These programs include:

  • Signs of Suicide (SOS) (for 6th-12th grade students) is an evidence-based program proven to reduce youth suicide attempts. Combining education & awareness, SOS helps youth become more able to identify warning signs of depression & suicide to help themselves and their peers through tough times. Offered at no cost, in-person or virtually.

  • Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) (for adults) is a suicide intervention & prevention training meant for adults, caregivers, or anyone over the age of 15. QPR teaches about the signs of suicide & ways to intervene in an empathetic and effective way. Offered at no cost, in-person or virtually.

We are honored to partner with the Missoula City-County Health Department, Montana Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS), and Project Tomorrow Montana to make these trainings possible.
