CARE Team Philosophy
Our programs are created and facilitated by a variety of talented, experienced professionals. Group and camp facilitators submit a letter of interest, resume, references, and complete a background check before becoming a part of the Tamarack Care Team.
C.A.R.E underlies our approach to working with the staff team, with professionals, and with program participants.
