We will welcome a very small group of up to 6 individuals for an in-person workshop in Missoula. This is a test-run as we explore how to best gather safely together in person. If you are interested, please register below.

Policies include wearing a face mask/guard, maintaining 6′ distance, and not having gathered in large groups or traveling recently.

Week 1: Maintaining Hope as the World Grieves – Supporting our selves and others during a pandemic and social movement.
Week 2: Secondary Grief & Vicarious Trauma – A conversation about secondary grief and vicarious trauma and how to support yourself and others amidst tough times.
Week 3: Radical Self Care – How current fear and stress can make it difficult to draw on our go-to coping skills & how to lean in to caring for ourselves ever better.
Week 4: Practical Mindfulness for Grief & Anxiety – Tips & tools to practice on your own and share with others.
