Learn the importance of self-care, creating realistic goals, and learn additional tools for unexpected stressors.
During this four-week workshop series you will:
- Learn practical tools to support yourself and others in the toughest of times,
- Do creative projects you can take home,
- Explore self-care strategies, and
- Meet understanding others.
Bring a picnic lunch and join us for a casual conversation in our backyard garden! Everyone welcome. Refreshments and light snacks provided.
