During this four-week workshop series, you will:
- Learn practical tools to support yourself and others in the toughest of times
- Do creative projects you can take home
- Explore self-care strategies, and
- Meet understanding others.
Bring a picnic lunch and join us for a casual conversation in our backyard garden! Refreshments provided. You may join for one or all sessions. Registration is encouraged and drop-ins welcome. $5 in advance and $10 day of per workshop.
Week 2: Implementing Mindfulness. Come explore how mindfulness can decrease feelings of overwhelm, which often arises in grief. We will practice coming into a relaxed body and increasing the ability to be present.
